Free partner event banners

Approved partners can email banner images and an event link to [email protected]. Confirm your preview after signing in. Your banner runs free until the exact time your event starts.

What to send

Desktop: 970 × 250 px, or 1940 × 500 px for 2× resolution.
Mobile: 320 × 100 px, or 640 × 200 px for 2× resolution.
One static JPG, PNG or WebP for each size. Up to 1 MiB per image; aim for 150 KB or less for fast loading. No animation, HTML or SVG.
Use readable text, include the event name, and keep important content away from the edges. Only submit artwork you have permission to use.
Include a public HTTPS event or registration URL and the future start date, time, UTC offset and timezone. Links must lead to the advertised event.

Copy these labels into your email and replace the example:

Event title: Your event name
Event URL: https://example.com/your-event
Starts: 2026-11-12T18:00:00-08:00
Timezone: America/Los_Angeles
Location: Your venue, city

If anything is missing, we email you what to correct. Reply in the same thread; accepted images are retained. A new or updated banner needs your confirmation. Event claiming and editing will come later.

Standard dimensions: Google display ad specifications. The 1 MiB upload limit and supported static formats above are Offline Networking’s requirements.
